Chartwells has launched a new cafeteria menu beginning Tuesday, May 12. The menu is posted on our Facebook page and attached below. We strongly encourage families to pre-order meals to help ensure students receive their first choice. Pre-orders can be placed using the following link: https://www.chartwellsk12.ca/schools/perth-middle-school/

We have also been working hard on our classroom expectations. To celebrate student success, including filling 100 BINGO cards (ask your child about this!), we will be heading to the AYR Centre in Woodstock this Friday for a picnic lunch and time in the pool or field house. A permission slip was sent home last week and is attached below; please return it by Wednesday.AYR permission slip
Grade 8 students will be visiting SVHS on Wednesday, May 13, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. as a transition to high school activity. Students will attend a staff versus student volleyball game followed by a hot dog BBQ. Students will take the bus to SVHS and walk back to PAMS. A permission slip was sent home on Friday and is attached below; please return by Tuesday. Transition activity permission slip
Finally, our last class of the day ends at 2:55 p.m. When possible, we kindly ask that you wait until dismissal to pick up your child. Teachers use the final minutes of class to review important reminders and set expectations for the next day. Missing this time can mean students miss key information, and early pickups can also disrupt the learning environment for others.
Thank you for your continued support.
