Here are the key updates for this week:

 Activities & Events

  • Monday:
    • Indoor Soccer, 3:00–4:30 PM – All students are welcome, there is no charge
  • Tuesday & Wednesday:
    • Tim Hortons SMILE Cookies sold at PAMS for $2. A portion of the proceeds will support PAMS. Buying Smile Cookies at Tim’s (Nov. 17–23) supports local schools.
  • Wednesday:
    • Wabanaki Wednesday – Staff and students are invited to wear orange or something representing Indigenous culture.
  • Thursday: Students will be travelling to Woodstock for a school-wide field trip to Atlantic Cinemas to view Inside Out 2 and then to the AYR Centre for swimming or field house activities.  This is a PBIS activity (Positive behavior Intervention Supports) to promote belonging and connectedness. Permission slips were sent home Friday, please return them by Wednesday.  Students who were absent on Friday will receive their forms on tomorrow. 
  • Friday: There is no school for students on Friday as staff will participate in professional learning and report card preparation.

Other notes

PAMS Home and School
The first Home and School meeting will be held on Monday, Nov. 24 from 6 to 7pm. We are actively seeking members. If you are interested, please reply to this email.

Parent-Teacher Meetings
A link will be sent out next week to book your parent-teacher meetings. Report cards will go home on December 1. Meetings will take place on the evening of December 4 and the morning of December 5. There will be no school for students on December 5.

Christmas Honey Fundraiser continues this week.
