EMAIL MESSAGE – GRADE 7 STUDENTS:
This is a message for all parents or guardians of grade 7 students. Public Health nurses will be coming to our school on May 8th , 2024, to offer the 2nd dose of Human Papillomavirus vaccine to grade 7 students’. We encourage you to make sure your child has had breakfast and snacks available for after the immunizations. Please ask that your child wear a short-sleeved shirt.
There will be no requirement to complete a consent form for the second dose.
