Black History Month at PAMS – February is Black History Month, a time to recognize and celebrate the achievements, resilience, and contributions of Black Canadians and Black communities around the world. Throughout the month, students will learn about influential Black leaders, creators, and innovators, and will reflect on the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion in our society. At PAMS, we will place special emphasis on Black history connected to New Brunswick, Atlantic Canada, and Canada as a whole. Students will explore local stories, historical events, and notable figures who have helped shape our region and our country.
Be Yourself – Lessons Learned in Acceptance – On Friday, our students will enjoy an inspiring and high-energy show with Nathaniel Rankin, the Canadian Champion of Magic! Nathaniel is an award-winning magician and circus artist who has performed over 5,000 shows in 45 countries. Through incredible magic, circus skills, and personal stories, Nathaniel shares how being autistic and neurodivergent has shaped his journey and helped him build a successful career. His message? PAMS Cafeteria – Chartwells Food Service provides hot lunches to PAMS students each day. Beginning this week, an updated lunch menu is available based on student preferences. Online orders must be placed before midnight the night before the lunch date. orders can be submitted at Perth Middle School – Chartwells K-12 Canada . We are currently in week 2 and the online ordering now reflects the new menu. The cost of the main meal is $5.25. Pizza, hamburgers, chicken snack wraps, cookies, chocolate milk and juice are available to purchase each day. Sandwiches/white milk are always free of charge. click her for menu
