Mother’s Day Basket  – This is the last week to sell tickets on the beautiful Mother’s Day basket.  Tickets are $2 and available from the office. All tickets, ticket stubs and money must be returned by Friday.  The draw will take place at 1pm.  

Transition Activities – PAMS students will see grade 5’s from AES and Mah-Sos visit our school this week.  They are learning about locks, expectations, and becoming more familiar with our school. 

Absences – Please remember to call the school (506-273-9704) when you child will be absent from classes.  When calls are made, this is noted as an excused absence.  

Mark your calendars – On May 23rd, PAMS will have a Hawaiian theme dance as the final dance of the year.  Students must be present and in-class to attend and have no more than 2 unexcused absences since May 1st.  Stay tuned for details. 

Grade 7 – Public Health nurses will be coming to our school on May 8th , 2024, to offer the 2nd dose of Human Papillomavirus vaccine to grade 7 students who had consent for the first dosage. Please ask that your child wear a short-sleeved shirt. There will be no requirement to complete a consent form for the second dose. Grade 8 Girls – The Active Communities Branch of Department of Tourism, Heritage & Culture; the Western Valley Recreation Association; and the Department of Education have been planning a series of “Go Girls Sports events” to expose our Grade 8 female students to some of the recreational, nutrition and mental fitness activities available to them within their home regions. These activities will take place on Wednesday, May 8th at the River Valley Civic Centre in Perth-Andover. Students will walk to the Civic Centre with their supervisor at 8:45am and return by 2:30pm. It is important to bring a lunch, water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.
